How do I book a Move and what can I expect on Moving day?
You can give us a call anytime at (888) 389-2100 to book your move over the phone with one of our moving specialist or you can send us an email and we will contact you to confirm your moving details and move date. Your driver will call you 30 minutes before he arrives on your moving day to let you know he is on the way. We also confirm moving jobs 24 hours in advance before we dispatch a crew.
Do I need to purchase my own packing materials for Moving day?
You can purchase your own packing boxes and materials for your move or if you want to save money you can find use boxes at warehouse stores they usaually throw them out. We also provide a Full Packing Service that comes with everything needed tailor fit to your specific move.
What happens if your company damages some of our furniture?
Not to worry we offer insurance on your entire load with up to 1 million in cargo liablity, not only that its highly unlikely one of our Geaux Movers team members would damage your furniture they are trained moving specialist who know exactly how to move all types of furniture and we give them a bonus everytime there is no damages!
Can you guys hold our furniture over night on the truck or in a warehouse?
We do offer overnight storage and 24 hour storage for those who are in need of a little extra time to get the new place ready to move in, we understand moving doesn’t always go as planned so we are here to help with all of your moving needs.
How can I pay for my move on moving day?
We accept Cash, Cashier Check, Money Order, Credit Card, and Certified Checks.
